Before school starts on August 19th, our fall sport teams have already been hard at work preparing for the fall season.
Coached by Michael Kyle (2nd year at BHCS) and David Judd (3rd year) our golf team began practicing several weeks ago and have already participated in the Derby City Shootout at the end of July while having also faced Holy Cross and Brown in matches this month.
Golf Roster includes: Hunter Judd, Robbie Meredith, Geno Fey, Katelyn Elmore
The “ALL A” regional for golf is at Iroquois Golf Course on August 24th. The annual KCAC tournament is at the Courses of Kenton County in Florence Kentucky on September 26th.
Coach Phil Ellis (4th Year) and his assistants have been working with both middle school and the JV/Varsity teams through conditioning and practice and both squads are ready to begin play this week, with the middle school team of 5-7th graders beginning play at Whitefield on Saturday, August 15th.
JV/V Roster includes: Lina Brown, Mackenzie Davis, Bethany Houchins, Gabby Ellis, Shania Gibson, Jessah Holsapple, Madelynn Sharp, Rebecca Sharp, Haley Skaggs, Delanie White
Middle School Roster includes: Kylea Bene, Jewell Mills, Sara Duvall, Laken Haley, Madison Gipson, Ally Vance, Mazie Robertson, Olivia Yonders, Linsey Kessler, Kayleigh Angelini, Mattie Streble
The JV/Varsity squad will go on the road to John Hardin on Tuesday, the 18th to begin the 2015-16 season.
The “ALL A” regional for volleyball is also on August 24th, with the tournament being hosted this season at Portland Christian’s Westport Road Campus.
Our Bailey Fieldhouse will be the host site for the 2015 KCAC Tournament (October 10th) and the host site for this season’s District Tournament.
