Registration Rates for the 2026–27 School Year

  • Through March 9, 2026: $175 per child
  • March 10 – June 30, 2026: $300 per child
  • After June 30, 2026: $375 per child

*High School Growth Initiative For 2026–27

New high school students may attend Beth Haven Christian School for $300 per month for 12 months ($3600.00 for the school year).

As we continue to strengthen and expand our high school program, we are intentionally creating opportunities for new families to experience the academic, spiritual, and community foundation that BHCS provides during these important years.

Families are invited to attend our upcoming Open House on February 22nd from 2:00 to 5:00 PM to learn more, meet staff and faculty, and see firsthand what makes Beth Haven Christian School distinct.

  • FACTS Tuition Management charges an annual account setup fee.
  • FACTS monthly payments run June through May.

  • Cash is no longer accepted for in-person payments.
  • Returned checks incur a $35 fee.

Annual Fund

Beth Haven Christian School does not solicit state or federal funds. A tax-deductible contribution of $400 per family is required to meet school financial goals. This fee is due June 30, 2026 and must be paid before a student may attend classes.

The Annual Fund is not included in tuition and is non-refundable.

Class Fees (Due March 7, 2027)

  • Kindergarten Graduation Fee – $50
  • Junior Class Fee – $75
  • Senior Graduation/Class Fee – $200

Supply Fee

$25 per student — Due June 30, 2026

Annual Technology Fees

All Middle School and High School students (Grades 6–12) are required to purchase a Chromebook from BHCS. With proper care, devices typically last 3–4 years.

  • Chromebook (Includes Google License) – $300 per student (Grades 6–12) — Due June 30, 2026
  • High School Tech Fee – $100 per student — Due June 30, 2026
  • Middle School Tech Fee – $100 per student — Due June 30, 2026
  • Elementary Tech Fee – $50 per student — Due June 30, 2026

Elementary students use BHCS-licensed Chromebooks during the school day.

Parking Fee

$25 for students who drive — Due August 23, 2026

Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually by the school administration and the Board of Directors.

  • After June 1 – One month’s tuition
  • After July 1 – Two months’ tuition
  • After August 1 – Three months’ tuition
  • After school start date – Full year’s tuition

All fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: Special events, athletics, or extracurricular activities may involve additional optional expenses. Every effort is made to keep these costs minimal.
