Registration Rates:

•After June 30th, 2024: $375.00/Child

- FACTS (Tuition Management/Payment System) charges an annual fee to set up an account.
- FACTS monthly payments are processed from June to May of each respective school year.

- Note: Cash will no longer be accepted when making in-person payments. Payments can be made using a banking/credit card, check or money order.
- Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.
Annual Fund
Beth Haven Christian School does not solicit state or federal government funds of any type. A tax-deductible contribution of $400 per family* is needed to meet the financial goals of the school. This fee is due June 30, 2024. This fee must be paid before the student will be allowed to attend classes. The annual fund is not included in the tuition table above.
*The Annual Fund is non-refundable.
At times during the school year, special events or extracurricular items/activities will involve additional expenses. Most of these extra expenses will be optional and every effort will be made to keep them to a minimum.
Kindergarten, Junior, Senior Fee
- Kindergarten Graduation Fee = $50.00

Annual Technology Fees
In addition to the Middle School and High School Tech Fee, all Middle School and High School students (6-12 Grades) are required to purchase a Chromebook from BHCS. With proper care, each Chromebook will last 3-4 years.
- • Chromebook (Includes Google License) = $290.00 each due June 30, 2024.
- (Chromebooks to be purchased from BHCS only. With proper care, the device should last 3-4 years)
- • High School Tech Fee = $100.00 per student due June 30, 2024.
- • Middle School Tech Fee = $100.00 per student due June 30, 2024.
- • Elementary Tech Fee = $50.00 per student due June 30, 2024.
Elementary Students will use and have daily in-school access to BHCS-licensed Chromebooks.
Sport(s) Fee
A fee is collected per student, per sport and only from those that choose to participate in a sport. Due before the first game per sport.
Funds are used for insurance, various state & local athletic associations, conference and league fees, umpire and referee assigning secretary fees, basic facility maintenance, transportation and other administrative costs:
- Elementary = $35
- Middle School = $50
- High School = $125
($250 Max per Student)All students are required to complete and submit a sports physical.
Parking Fee
Parking Fee (For students who drive to school) – $25.00 due August 23, 2024.
Refund Policy
Each refund request will be reviewed on an individual basis by the school administration and the board of directors. Withdrawals are subject to the following obligations:
- After June 1 – one month’s tuition
- After July 1 – two months’ tuition
- After August 1 – three months’ tuition
- After school start date – full year’s tuition
All fees are non-refundable.
