Hello Beth Haven Family –
Here are a few updates for everyone:
• Ticketing – Ticket orders and the associated presale tickets are going home with students today. We apologize for the lateness, but unforeseen licensing issues required our attention prior to distribution. Whether your student is in the BHCS building or is practicing at Shively Baptist, they will all get their tickets to bring home today.
• Admission – Doors open at 6:30 tonight. Lines are to form outside the church’s entry doors on the west and east side of the auditorium. (The lines will be brought inside if weather requires.) Admission will require either a presale ticket or $5 per person.
• Parents of Cast and Crew – Look for another email with ticketing information specific to your situation.
• Video Recording – Due to recently uncovered licensing issues, previous permission to videotape the performance has been rescinded. Videotaping in any form violates copyright.
• Thank you for understanding this last minute legal stipulation.
Please plan to arrive at Shively Baptist in plenty of time to allow for restroom and drinking fountain breaks, and to be seated before 7 pm. The show is planned to start promptly at 7 pm. Entry after that time will be highly restricted to avoid interfering with the seated guests’ experience for the evening.
